At Pokercode, we pride ourselves on investing in your future as you put your trust by investing in us, it's a team effort. Take a look below to find out everything about Pokercode and what you can expect when joining the team.
So, no matter what, you will always have the MTT Masterclass available to you. If, in a years time, you no longer wish to be a member at Pokercode, you will maintain access to the MTT Masterclass even if you lose access to everything else. This is a great reference point for refreshing your fundamentals of the game and ensuring you always have a key understanding of the core strategy.
When you no longer have access to member videos, you would simply log-in to your account as normal, but everything will be locked apart from the MTT Masterclass video content.
We are really confident in the quality of our product. But, if you're unhappy with your experience, you can get a full refund within the first 14 days of becoming a member (ToS apply). The key to getting the most out of your membership is time and patience. Don't expect to have it all figured out within a week of joining us, but do get a feel for how we do things and put yourself out there in the community and good things will happen.
It's simple. All you need to do is log-in to your Pokercode account, go to your profile settings in the top right hand corner of the dashboard and there'll be a button option available to upgrade your membership. So, if you're currently a member on a more expensive pricing plan and your renewal date is approaching, take advantage of our Black Friday offer and upgrade your membership to save some cash.
We're thrilled to announce that as of today, all content on our platform has subtitles available in German, Spanish, French and Portuguese. We optimized our own PokercodeAI to suit our content to make sure that you can follow along in your native language. So, if English isn't your native language, we've got you covered in those four languages for now, but we do plan on adding more in the near future.
Yes, absolutely. This will be done based on interest from the community, so if your language isn't covered right now and you want it to be, let us know in Discord which subtitled languages you'd be interested in. We always look for ways to improve our membership to fit your needs, so we're all ears when it comes to feedback..
Right now, the available languages for our subtitles are: German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and English.
Yes. All of the content on our platform right now is subtitled in German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and English.
Yes, of course. When the live coaching session is taking place, it will be done in English within our Discord Study Stage and all communication within the chat during the coaching session will be in English so that everyone can follow what's being said.
However, when we upload the coaching session to the dashboard, we will make sure it's translated in all of the current available languages we have and that subtitles are available.
Not right now. Our Boot Camps attract people from all over the world and as majority of the people attending these events speak English, that is the easiest language to use for communication to make sure everyone can understand the coaching content. That's not to say that we're not open to hosting events in other languages in the future.

Pokercode is built for serious players from low stakes up to high stakes, not for complete beginners and not only for pros. Most members fall into one of the following groups:
Our content ranges from fundamental concepts, such as pre-flop ranges, to advanced concepts like ICM, exploitative adjustments and solver-inspired strategies. Ultimately, we have content for everyone, so once you've nailed down the fundamentals of the game, you can move onto the more advanced coaching content.
Yes. If you already know the basic rules of the game, hand rankings, positional ideas, Pokercode will be a very good next step. Our content takes you from “I know the rules” to understanding why certain plays are profitable and how you can implement them into your game. It's a process, but we're with you every step of the way.
As a beginner, you’ll benefit from:
You don’t need a solver background or have to be an expert in math to join us. The goal is to build a solid, repeatable decision-making process so you stop guessing and start understanding what you’re doing at the table.
Ultimately, that's up to you. There's no strict requirements as every person has different goals within the game, but the more study you put in the more successful you'll be. The key to all of this is consistency, not just studying a video here and there then playing for 40 hours a week. It's about balancing your studying and playing time so that you're enhancing your knowledge of the game and building experience at your stakes. The more you put into Pokercode, the more you'll get out of it and the benefits will be huge.
Even if you work full time, a few hours of high-quality, targeted poker study per week usually beats playing endless volume without improving.
We've got content available for MTT's and Cash Games. No matter which one you play, we've got you covered. The MTT Masterclass by Fedor Holz and the Cash Game Masterclass by Steffen Sontheimer are a good place to start depending on which format you play.
There’s no fixed timeline, because profitability in poker is a long-term goal that can be impacted by short-term variance. Some of the most successful players in the game didn't have immediate success and others rose to the top of the game very quickly. Some things are out of your control, but one thing is guaranteed, if you put consistent work in over a long period of time and stay focused on the long-term goal, you'll be successful in poker. Some key factors to think about are:
Many players see clear improvements in their decision making and confidence within the first weeks of structured study. Turning that into consistent profits usually takes several months, not days.
Pokercode helps you speed up the process by:
Take Samuel Mullur as an example. A few years ago he joined us and was playing low to mid-stakes, working his way through our content and consistently studying. Since then, through hard-work and capitalising on opportunities, he's now playing high-stakes online and attending Triton stops around the world. We have so many other success stories from our community, but they all have one thing in common, putting in hard work.

Firstly, a Membership at Pokercode gives you the perfect framework to develop and take your game to new heights. It's an opportunity to not only learn about strategies that you've never even thought about, but you'll be in a space with like-minded people who push each other forward to achieve the most that they can within the game. It's an environment that brings out the best in people, which you'll realise straight away.
As for the content itself, you'll get access to our Netflix-style platform with amazing content, live coaching sessions and a community to develop with. The core package includes:
Pokercode is an ongoing learning environment, not a static one-time course like other products. We're constantly evolving and tailoring our content to your needs.
We regularly add:
The content library already includes several hundreds of coaching seminars, and it keeps growing so you stay up to date with modern poker strategy.
Absolutely. We have multiple tutorial videos on our dashboard that will give you an insight into how GTO Wizard and HRC (Holdem Resources Calculator) work. It's understandably difficult to use a solver at first, especially if you've got no experience in working with them, but we wanted to give everyone the opportunity to develop that skill-set to make personal study more in-depth.
Solvers are a big part of the game nowadays, but issues arise where players implement them incorrectly into their personal study time. At Pokercode, we're about giving you the guidance you need to set you up for the future and working with solvers is very much a part of that.
Plus, if you're struggling, you can always reach out to the community and someone will always be willing to help.
When you're ready to study with these learning tools on your own, we have exclusive partner discounts for all of our members.
Togetherness. Trying to make it in poker solely on your own is very difficult and some players would even say that it's close to impossible, especially nowadays. Not only do you need people to bounce ideas off, learn from and invest in your future, but you also need that support system to help you through the challenges that the game provides.
That's what Pokercode is all about. We're here to provide you with an environment where you can connect with like-minded people that you can't find in every day life, no matter where you're located in the world. Once you have those connections, everything else becomes a lot easier for you because you can relate to someone about the journey. Not only do we offer that place for you to thrive, but you'll find a lot more than that, such as:
Yes. You don’t need to be a Discord pro to benefit from the Pokercode community. It can be overwhelming at first, but just like anything new, it takes time to get familiarised with it.
When you join, you’ll receive:
If you ever feel lost, you can reach out to our support team for guidance and they will help you in any way possible.
Many members had never used Discord before joining Pokercode. After a short adjustment, it becomes one of their favourite tools to use on a daily basis.
Yes. Many members use the Discord to form study groups and accountability circles.
Typical things members do together:
You can look for study partners by:
Finding like-minded grinders is one of the biggest factors of joining a structured poker community.
Yes. Beyond online content, Pokercode also runs live poker events and bootcamps where members can learn, play, and connect in person.
Typical live experiences include things like:
These events are designed to combine high-level poker education with a real sense of community. They’re perfect if you want to deepen your learning, get direct feedback, and build your connection with people from the online world.
No, but members will receive a better pricing option. The online membership gives you full access to the training platform, live coaching sessions, and Discord community.
Live events and bootcamps are usually:
Members often get priority access than non-members, but the base membership fee does not automatically include travel, accommodation, or seats at a Boot Camp.
Members often benefit from:
Exact offers can vary over time, but being a member generally puts you first in line when something new is announced. If you want to stay up to date, the Discord announcements and email updates are where you'll hear the news.
The standard Pokercode membership focuses on:
Private 1-on-1 coaching with individual coaches is not included in the base membership and, where available, is arranged separately through our website.
This model keeps the membership affordable while still giving you the option to invest in personal coaching if you want more tailored, individual help with your game.
You can think of it in layers:
Many players start with group coaching + membership, then use bootcamps and private sessions as “boosters” when they want to level up faster.
Definitely. The main benefit of attending live events is the establish long-term connections with people and to grow together with a close group of friends. Our events are not a standalone project, they're an investment into your future both professionally and personally. It's an opportunity to build bonds with people within poker, develop your game, find like-minded people to connect with on and off the tables and have some fun. Not only that, but you can:
New Pokercode events are typically announced in our Discord Server and via email. Plus, we have a Trips section on our website where you can see what current trips we have on offer. Each trip has an individual page where you can learn more about the event, plus how you can book your place.
Seats for live events can be limited, so staying active in the community is the best way to make sure you don’t miss early-bird spots or member-only deals.
