So, no matter what, you will always have the MTT Masterclass available to you. If, in a years time, you no longer wish to be a member at Pokercode, you will maintain access to the MTT Masterclass even if you lose access to everything else. This is a great reference point for refreshing your fundamentals of the game and ensuring you always have a key understanding of the core strategy.
When you no longer have access to member videos, you would simply log-in to your account as normal, but everything will be locked apart from the MTT Masterclass video content.
We are really confident in the quality of our product. But, if you're unhappy with your experience, you can get a full refund within the first 14 days of becoming a member (ToS apply). The key to getting the most out of your membership is time and patience. Don't expect to have it all figured out within a week of joining us, but do get a feel for how we do things and put yourself out there in the community and good things will happen.
It's simple. We're thrilled to announce that as of today, all content on our platform has subtitles available in German, Spanish, French and Portuguese. We optimized our own PokercodeAI to suit our content to make sure that you can follow along in your native language. So, if English isn't your native language, we've got you covered in those four languages for now, but we do plan on adding more in the near future.
Yes, absolutely. This will be done based on interest from the community, so if your language isn't covered right now and you want it to be, let us know in Discord which subtitled languages you'd be interested in. We always look for ways to improve our membership to fit your needs, so we're all ears when it comes to feedback..

Yes, of course. When the live coaching session is taking place, it will be done in English within our Discord Study Stage and all communication within the chat during the coaching session will be in English so that everyone can follow what's being said.
However, when we upload the coaching session to the dashboard, we will make sure it's translated in all of the current available languages we have and that subtitles are available.
Not right now. Our Boot Camps attract people from all over the world and as majority of the people attending these events speak English, that is the easiest language to use for communication to make sure everyone can understand the coaching content. That's not to say that we're not open to hosting events in other languages in the future.
