Fabi Niederreiter just made a WSOP final table

Pokercode

Another one for the crew. At the 2026 World Series of Poker, Pokercode coach Fabian "Fabi" Niederreiter (📷PokerNews) ran deep in Event #81 - the $800 Summer Celebration - and took it all the way to the final table, finishing 8th for $63,000. It's his biggest result of the series so far!.

What happened in Las Vegas

The $800 Summer Celebration is exactly the kind of big-field grind where a deep run means outlasting thousands of players over several days. Fabi did just that - through the money, past the bubble, and into a stacked late-stage field to reach the final nine. He banked the crew another final-table photo and $63,000 for the 8th-place finish. It wasn't his only cash in Vegas this summer either: he also picked up $19,006 in the $10,000 Super Turbo Bounty earlier in the series.

From Grindhouse member to Pokercode coach

If you follow Pokercode, Fabi's arc is one you've seen before - and it's the whole point. He came up through Grindhouse 3, our intensive study group, put in the daily solver and hand-review work alongside future champions in Vienna, and earned his place as one of our MTT coaches. He's part of Fedor Holz's inner high-stakes circle, co-hosts our bootcamps, and spends his weeks breaking down spots with the same members chasing their own first deep runs. Today he sits on more than $1.1 million in live tournament earnings, with a career-best 3rd place at the WSOP Paradise $10,000 for over $450,000. The coach teaching the spots is the same guy putting them into practice on the biggest stage in poker.

Part of a huge Pokercode summer

Fabi's final table is one piece of a much bigger story. Across the 2026 WSOP, Team Pokercode has now banked $1,379,689 across 35 cashes - led by Samuel Mullur's 6th-place, $760,417 run in the $250,000 Super High Roller, Matthias Eibinger's $100,000 in the $50,000 High Roller, and Sebastian Schulze's own final table in the $2,500 Freezeout. Coaches, Grindhouse alumni and community members are turning up on pay sheets across the entire schedule. That's not a hot streak - that's what a room full of people studying together looks like when it hits Vegas.
